Improve and make your car's braking more reliable!

This caliper was developed to replace the original DUNLOP calipers.

Indeed, DUNLOP calipers have some disadvantages:

- The seal between the body and the piston is installed on the piston. Over time, corrosion builds inside the body, causing caliper leaks. By replacing the gasket, the problem is not solved, because the corrosion is still present and still causing leaks. the caliper is therefore out of order

- The internal piston return system causes a "soft" pedal feeling

- Original calipers still available (on our website), but the cost is high

These aluminum calipers allow vehicles equipped with DUNLOP braking systems to be modernized and made more reliable, without any modification.

Benefits :

- Calipers made of aluminum, then coated with a hard anodizing surface treatment, preventing wear and corrosion formation

- The internal piston return system has been removed, to avoid having a soft pedal feeling. The piston is now recalled thanks to the design of the internal sealing groove and its seal.

- Calipers also equipped with internal dust seal preventing the infiltration of water or dust

With these calipers, we recommend the use of EBC GREEN pads. Offering better braking bite than the original pad. Pads available on our website, under Ref FRE054

These calipers are compatible for:

-Lancia Fulvia, Flavia, Flaminia

- Jaguar E-type

-Ferrari 350

- Aston Martin DB4 Vantage

- Facel Vega HK500

To equip a car, you need x2 calipers per wheel, or 4 calipers per a complete axle

For DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid.

We recommend not using DOT5, SILICONE, etc. fluid which could damage the caliper seals.
